How to control pneumatic cylinder speed

At present, the speed of the cylinder is affected. How to solve the problem that the cylinder can achieve the effect of fast and slow, the following two ways are adopted:

1、 The cylinder needs to be equipped with a speed regulating device, and a speed regulating valve is installed at the inlet and outlet of the cylinder;

2、 The exhaust valve device is also an exhaust valve (vent valve) device installed at the inlet and outlet of the cylinder.

Exhaust valve

Generally, the cylinder has two air chambers, so there are two air inlets on the cylinder block. If the air hole near the end of the cylinder block is in the air intake state, then the push rod in the cylinder extends outward, otherwise, the air inlet near the air hole of the push rod, the push rod in the cylinder shrinks inward.

At this time, after all the assembly work is completed, the cylinder speed is adjusted, and the throttle valve is used to adjust the air intake of the cylinder. If the retraction request is slow, adjust the air volume in the downward gas path to a small value, and extend the requirement quickly to increase the gas volume in the ascending gas path. How much gas should be adjusted depends on the actual requirements.
