working principle

The pulse valve diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two air chambers. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the clean compressed air in the pulse bag dust removal system, the compressed air passes through the orifice and enters the rear air chamber. The pressure of the rear chamber closes the diaphragm to the valve's air outlet. The pulse valve is closed. The pulse controller outputs a signal to move the pulse valve armature. The vent hole of the rear chamber of the valve opens, and the back chamber quickly loses pressure, causing the diaphragm. After the film is moved back, compressed air is blown through the valve's air outlet. The pulse valve is in the open state. The blowing starts. The electrical signal output by the pulse controller disappears. The electromagnetic pilot armature of the pulse valve is reset. The rear air chamber vent hole is closed. The rise of the chamber pressure makes the diaphragm of the pulse valve close to the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is closed, the injection is stopped, and the length of the injection time is controlled by the controller.

The working temperature range and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depend on the rubber type, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at -50 to 100 degrees Celsius and 0.4 to 0.8 MPa; the fluorine rubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at -80 to 232 degrees Celsius. The chlorohydrin rubber diaphragm can work under the pressure of 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa, good air tightness, aging resistance, and the life is equal to the engine overhaul life.
