Variable speed circuit of gas-liquid damping cylinder

Fig. 1 shows the variable speed circuit of gas-liquid damping cylinder with stroke valve. When the piston rod moves rapidly to the right, the oil in the right chamber of the hydraulic cylinder can only pass through the throttle valve when the ram presses down the motorized travel valve, thus realizing the slow movement. The position of the travel valve can be adjusted as required. The high level oil tank is used to supplement the leaking oil.

Fig. 2 in machining, the variable speed circuit of gas-liquid damping cylinder often meets the working requirements of fast feed, slow feed and fast retreat. This requirement can be achieved by using pneumatic actuator. The gas-liquid damping cylinder with structural variable speed is adopted, as shown in Fig. 2-a. however, the variable speed position of this method cannot be changed and is not recommended.

Figure 2-B shows the variable speed circuit of the mechanical control valve. When the cylinder extends out and moves, and the bump on the piston rod touches the mechanical control valve, the mechanical control valve changes direction and the cylinder starts to move slowly. Change the position of starting speed change by changing the installation position of the control valve.
The principle of the variable speed circuit can be used for the variable speed control of common cylinders and other types of cylinders. In particular, the cylinder with switch is widely used. In this way, the magnetic switch is used to realize the stroke sending of cylinder position and control the reversing of two position two-way solenoid valve to change the speed of cylinder movement. Similarly, there are many ways to connect the speed control valve, so the variable speed circuit is also diverse.
