Push in Fittings Introduction:
Smart Solu's push-in fittings (also known as pneumatic push-in fittings and key fittings) are made of nickel-plated brass (threads) and PBT (main body). Inside the push-in joint, the stainless steel pipe clamp, chuck and release sleeve (barrel clamp) are assembled to provide a fast retaining and releasing mechanism, thus providing a lower breaking force and easy removal of the pipeline without any tools. Smartsolu's push-in joints have various types, models and sizes, which can meet the needs of various metric and British pipes, and provide necessary links between components in the pneumatic system.
Smartsolu's push-in joints are designed for polyurethane, polyethylene and nylon pipes. They can accommodate metric pipes with an external diameter of 4 mm to 16 mm, and British pipes with an inch external diameter of 1/8 "to 1/2". Thread size ranges from BSPT1/8 to BSPT1/2.
