Requirement for Installing and Using the Mini Type Pneumatic Cylinder

1. When the load changes during work, a pneumatic cylinder with sufficient output force should be selected;

2. Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, the corresponding high temperature or corrosion resistant pneumatic cylinder should be selected;

3. In the case of high humidity, dust, water droplets, oil dust and welding slag, the pneumatic cylinder should be taken with necessary protective measures;

4. Before the pneumatic cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt in the pipeline must be removed to prevent debris from entering the pneumatic cylinder;

5. The medium used in the pneumatic cylinder should be used after filtering through a filter element above 40 microns;

6. In low temperature environment, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing;

8. Avoid side load, otherwise the piston rod will bend and deform and damage the thread at the end of the rod. The single-acting pneumatic cylinder cannot be loaded during the return stroke;

9. Remove the cylinder and leave it unused for a long time. Pay attention to the rust prevention of the surface. Add dust-proof plug caps to the inlet and exhaust ports. Pay special attention to the fact that the front cover and the rear cover cannot be removed.
