Air source medium: temperature < 55 ℃, after degreasing, water treatment, filtration precision < 5μm pressure-adjustable clean gas.
Use environment: 1. Temperature: -25℃~55℃55℃~180℃.
2. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%.
3. The protection level conforms to IP64.
Diaphragm life: 1 million times.
Pulse valve life: five years under the conditions of standard installation, correct use and reasonable maintenance.
The angle between the inlet and outlet of the right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve is 90 degrees. It is suitable for the installation and connection of the air storage tank and the dust removal blowing pipe. The air flow is smooth and can provide the required cleaning air pulse. The outer port of the right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve forms a 90-degree angle with the pilot head, and the outer port is generally connected by a thread. It can provide the required atmospheric quantity of cleaning gas pulse.
The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve seat is installed in the air bag, with low resistance, good circulation, high injection volume, and improved load-driven power; it expands the use range of air source pressure, and is more suitable for use in low air source pressure applications.
