ZQDF Ultra-High Temperature Thermal Oil Solenoid Valve is professionally applied to heat conducting oil and high-temperature hot oil pipeline control. Adopts reliable piston driving principle, matched with high temperature resistant internal accessories.

It can operate stably under ultra-high temperature working environment, effectively control fluid on and off. Widely used in heating furnace, heat conduction heating system, chemical heating, mechanical constant temperature equipment and other fields.

1, Voltage Matching: AC220V is for standard mains power; DC24V/12V are better for industrial control, vehicle, and low-voltage systems. Always confirm the coil voltage to avoid burnout.

2,Temperature Limits: The seal material determines the maximum operating temperature. For example, NBR (80°C max) is not suitable for continuous use in hot water above 80°C, as it will degrade and leak.

3,Media Compatibility: Oily media requires VITON seals, as NBR will swell and fail in oil. Steam applications should use VITON or higher-grade seals.
