1, Voltage Matching: AC220V is for standard mains power; DC24V/12V are better for industrial control, vehicle, and low-voltage systems. Always confirm the coil voltage to avoid burnout. 2,Temperature Limits: The seal material determines the maximum operating temperature. For example, NBR (80°C max) is not suitable for continuous use in hot water above 80°C, as it will degrade and leak. 3,Media Compatibility: Oily media requires VITON seals, as NBR will swell and fail in oil. Steam applications should use VITON or higher-grade seals. 4,Size Consistency: Always match the valve size to your pipe's nominal diameter. Using a smaller valve will restrict flow and shorten its lifespan.
