Tips:
1. When the work load changes, the cylinder with abundant output force should be selected. Under high temperature conditions, the corresponding high temperature resistant cylinder should be selected.
2. Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt in the pipeline must be removed to prevent the dirt from entering the cylinder.
3. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered by the filter piston and used mainly.
4. In low temperature environment, anti freezing measures shall be taken to prevent water freezing in the system.
5. The cylinder should be tested and run without load before use. The cushion should be lowered to the minimum before operation, and gradually relaxed to avoid damaging the cylinder due to excessive impact.
6. In order to maintain the normal working and service life of the cylinder, the lateral load should be avoided as far as possible during the working process of the cylinder.
7. When the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, attention should be paid to the surface rust-proof, and dust-proof blockage caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports.
