Air Decompression Valve Series Products for Old Type Airline Equipments Maintaining Compressed Air Pressure Near Constant Gas Source in Closed Circuit of Pneumatic System
Used in general high pressure pneumatic control system and general pipeline;Selection principle: select the regulator according to the maximum working pressure of the pneumatic control system, and the air source pressure is 0.1MPa higher than the maximum output pressure of the pressure reducing valve;Features of the valve: convenient adjustment, stable performance, safety and reliability.
Installation requirements:
1) the regulator shall be installed vertically as much as possible;
2) when the regulator is used in combination, attention shall be paid to the front and back order, i.e. before the air filter, the regulator shall be next to the regulator, and the lubricator shall be last;
3) when installing, attention shall be paid to the inlet of cavity P and the outlet of cavity a;
4) when using alone, attention shall be paid to the air cleaning, otherwise, the air filter shall be used for filtering;
5) when installing, the handle shall be loosened, Make the pressure regulating spring in free state.
Adjust and use to loosen the lock nut of the handle before ventilation, then rotate the adjustment handle counterclockwise until the working spring is in free state, then open the upper intake valve, start ventilation, and rotate the adjustment handle clockwise until the reading of the pressure gauge reaches the required adjustment pressure. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut , the flow of this adjustment is static, and changes under the flow state during operation.
