About the installation and maintenance of anti-corrosion solenoid valve

After the main parameters of the anti-corrosion solenoid valve are selected, installation and maintenance are very important. Different temperature levels match the unnecessary sealing accessories and sealing gaps. Common high-temperature substances include steam, high-temperature heat transfer oil, high temperature Pressed boiled water and its various high-temperature vapors, some high-temperature electromagnetic water valves have the same two types installed in different parts, different maintenance methods, and different installation positions in different natural environments.


1. Before installing the anti-corrosion solenoid valve, carefully check the main parameters of the product label and the specific working conditions, and check whether the assembled control valve meets the actual application regulations. It is recommended that the customer send full-time personnel to undertake the application and maintenance.


2. The vacuum solenoid valve belongs to high-precision parts. Before installation, the pipeline and over-current machinery and equipment must be fully cleaned to quickly clean up the metal material welding scar, residual raw tape, rust and other residues in the pipeline. If there will be residues, the filter device should be installed in front of the gate valve, and it is recommended to be no less than 50 mesh.


3. During installation, avoid the accumulation of steam condensed water and residues in the anti-corrosion solenoid valve. Be careful not to install the gate valve in the least part of the pipeline to avoid jeopardizing the posture.


4. In order to ensure the regular application of the vacuum solenoid valve, the application must be carried out after 5~8 test runs with the help of substances after installation.


5. When the material of the anti-corrosion solenoid valve is high-temperature heat transfer oil, when it is removed from the pipeline, use chloroform (FeCl3) to clean the internal parts of the valve, and use compressed gas to clean and store. When disassembling and cleaning, all components should be placed in order. OK, then back to normal.


6. Each time the shift solenoid valve changes its posture, it should first eliminate steam condensation and vapor, and then retry 5~8. It can be delivered to use after the posture is all normal. When the vacuum solenoid valve stops using high temperature heat transfer oil for a long time, the front, rear, left and right manual valves should be turned off.
