Direct-acting solenoid valve:
Principle: When the power is plugged in, the electromagnetic force of the magnet coil causes the closing part to be lifted from the high-pressure gate valve, and the steam solenoid valve gate valve opens; when the power is turned off, the electromagnetic force subsides, and the yellow spring presses the closing part on the high-pressure gate valve, and the gate valve closes.
Features: When the vacuum pump, negative pressure, and zero pressure are in normal operation, the pipe diameter generally does not exceed 25mm.
All over the direct-acting solenoid valve:
Working principle: The direct-acting type and the pilot-operated type are closely combined. When there is no pressure difference between the passage and the outlet, the electromagnetic force is inserted to immediately lift the pilot small valve and the main valve closing part up, up, and down, that is, the gate valve is opened. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is running, after inserting the potential, the electromagnetic force pilots the small valve, the lower cavity pressure of the main valve rises, and the chest cavity pressure drops, and then the main valve of the valve actuator is pulled up by the pressure difference. When the power is turned off, the pilot valve Use elastic force or material pressure to push the closing piece, and close the gate valve when it goes down.
Features: It can also be posture when there is zero pressure difference or vacuum pump, high pressure, but the output power is very large, so it must be installed at a level.
Pilot solenoid valve:
Principle: When the power is plugged in, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, and a lower pressure difference is generated around the closing part. The hydraulic pressure promotes the closing part to move upwards. When the power supply of the gate valve is turned off, the spring force closes the pilot hole and channel. The pressure quickly generates a lower pressure difference around the closing part according to the buried hole
Features: The liquid pressure category is restricted, and the high temperature solenoid valve can be installed at will (need to be customized) but must meet the liquid pressure difference standard.
