Pulse bag filter has a strong purifying effect:

With the development of science and technology, the environment we live in is more and more affected, and the particles in the environment are becoming more and more. At this time, the bag filter is favored by most people. Filter bag used textile filter cloth or non textile mat is made, using the fabric filter effect of dust filters, gas when dusty gas into the bag filter, large particles, major dust, due to the effect of gravity settling down, fall into the hopper, contains the fine dust of gas through the filter material, the dust were blocked, the purified gas.
Pulse bag filter is a new type of improved pulse bag filter based on the bag filter. It has a strong purifying effect and is widely used in many fields.
In order to further improve the pulse bag filter, the modified pulse bag filter retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long filter bag life and small maintenance workload. Moreover, the structural and pulse valve are reformed to solve the problem of low pressure of open air installation and compressed air source.
Pay attention to repair and maintenance while using the pulse bag filter, regularly add grease to the lubricating parts of the equipment, change the lubricating oil for the reducer once every six months, and replenish the lubricating point of the bearing once a week. Notice to check whether the sealing degree of electric control box is intact, prevent water to enter dust, often clear the dust inside electric control box. In this way to maintain the good use of the effect.
Several methods of pulsed ash removal of a deduster:
1) inner pulse
(1) when the air mass through the filter bag, the dust collector bag stretch, so that the outer dust layer burst and blown off.
The fabric accelerates outward with the dust, but only the fabric has the elasticity to quickly return to its original state. The dust of the outer filter bag cannot be recovered, so it is separated from the filter bag. The inner filter bag throws off the attached dust during the recovery.
2) ash side pulse
A vacuum appears behind the jet stream, pulling off the dust layer.
(2) the pulse speeds the fabric to move away from the dust layer (although the distance the fabric moves is small).
3) cleaning side pulse
When the pulsed bag filter is used for dust removal, if the selection of filter material is not reasonable, the dust layer formed on the surface of the filter material will be seriously damaged due to the high dust removal energy, resulting in a sharp decline in dust removal efficiency. The relationship between plain cloth, flannelette and felt and spraying is as follows:
1) plain cloth filter material: the dust layer formed on the surface of plain cloth after spraying is damaged, and the condensed dust layer is falling in sheets, which reduces the filtration efficiency. During spraying, a strand of dust emerges from the discharge outlet.
2) flannelette filter material: the flannelette itself forms a porous layer, which helps to hold dust. Even if the porous gray layer is damaged during spraying, there is still a part of dust that remains between the line and the fiber, so as to maintain high dust removal efficiency. However, excessive ash removal will blow out this part of the dust, resulting in lower dust removal efficiency and ash emission. This was the case with flannelette filters.
3) felt filter material: the felt itself is a thick and porous structure mixed with single fiber, with large dust capacity and strong screening effect. Its surface can not produce dust layer, but also ensure high dust removal efficiency. This is because the filtration process is carried out in the blanket, and excessive ash removal has little effect on the dust removal efficiency.
