Applicability of solenoid valve
Dielectric properties
1) Different kinds of solenoid valves are selected for mass gas, liquid state or mixed state;
2) If the medium temperature is different, the coil will burn out and the seal will be aged, which will seriously affect the service life;
3) Medium viscosity, usually below 50cst. If it exceeds this value and the diameter is larger than 15mm, the multi-function solenoid valve is used; When the diameter is less than 15mm, high viscosity solenoid valve is used.
4) When the medium cleanliness is not high, the backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. When the pressure is low, the direct acting diaphragm solenoid valve can be selected;
5) If the medium is directional flow, and reverse flow is not allowed, two-way flow is required;
6) The medium temperature should be within the allowable range of solenoid valve.
