Brief introduction of common terms of solenoid valve

We usually say that solenoid valves are generally two position five way solenoid valves, solenoid valves, three position five-way solenoid valves, etc. we certainly found that there is still position and pass in front of the solenoid valve. So, what does this union mean? What does it mean?

Two way and three-way of solenoid valve refer to two or three passage ports on the valve body of solenoid valve; For example, two position two-way solenoid valve is one in one out (two channels, the most common); Two position solenoid valve means that the spool of solenoid valve has two different working positions (on and off). Two position three-way solenoid valve control liquid is one in and two out (two out are one normally open and one normally closed); The pneumatic reversing solenoid valve has one inlet, one outlet and one exhaust; The hydraulic system has one inlet, one outlet and one return.

The solenoid valve is used to realize the on-off of the liquid circuit or the change of the liquid flow direction in the liquid circuit system. It generally has a spool which can slide under the drive of the coil electromagnetic force. When the spool is in different positions, the path of the solenoid valve is also different. There are several working positions of the valve core, the solenoid valve is called several position solenoid valve: the interface on the valve body, that is, the number of paths of the solenoid valve, there are several paths, the solenoid valve is called several position solenoid valve.

After the installation of solenoid valve, generally all interfaces should be well connected. The so-called working position refers to the position of valve core. The valve core is in position a when the coil is not electrified, and in position B when the coil is electrified. When the valve core is in different positions, it plays the role of connecting or closing each interface.
