Composition of pneumatic system
Jun 18, 2020
The so-called pneumatic system refers to a device that collects device components powered by air pressure. The components of the system include air cylinder, speed control valve, directional valve, pressure reducing valve, filter, dryer, air compressor and so on.
Air compressor
Compressed air is generated by rotating (screw type) or reciprocating (reciprocating type).
Refrigerated air dryer
Compressed air is subjected to forced cooling treatment to convert the water vapor in the compressed air into water droplets and then removed to make it into dry compressed air.
After cooler
After cooling the compressed air of high temperature and moisture generated by the air compressor, the condensed water is removed.
Main line filter
In order to remove dust, water, oil, etc. contained in the air compressed by the air compressor, a filter is installed at the piping portion of the main pipe.
cylinder
Convert the energy of air pressure into effective force and kinetic energy (push or carry objects).
Directional valve (solenoid valve)
Use electrical signals to turn compressed air on or off, or change its flow direction.
Lubricator
In order to make the component run smoothly and improve the durability of the component, the flowing compressed air is used to change the lubricating oil into a mist and then send it to the terminal component.
Speed control valve
Adjust the flow of compressed air and adjust the speed of the cylinder.
silencer
Installed on the exhaust port of the directional switching valve to reduce exhaust noise when switching.
Pressure reducing valve
The compressed air sent from the air compressor is decompressed, and the air pressure on the secondary side is set and adjusted to a predetermined pressure.
air filter
Remove dust, rust, condensate, etc. generated in compressed air or piping, protect pneumatic components, and prevent failures.
