Correct use of pressure reducing valve

1) The general installation sequence is: install the air filter first according to the flow direction of the air flow, followed by the pressure reducing valve, followed by the oil mist

2) Pay attention to the air flow direction. Install it in the direction of the arrow shown on the pressure reducing valve or setting device. Do not connect the input and output ports reversely.

3) The products of the pressure reducing valve manufacturer can be installed at any position, but it is better to install in the vertical direction, that is, the handle or adjusting cap is on the top for easy operation. Each pressure reducing valve is generally equipped with a pressure gauge, and the installation direction of the pressure gauge should be convenient for observation.

4) In order to prolong the service life of the pressure reducing valve, when the valve is not in use, loosen the handle to return to zero, so as to avoid wing deformation and premature deterioration caused by long-term compression of the diaphragm, which will affect the pressure regulating accuracy of the pressure reducing valve.

5) Before assembly, iron filings and other dirt in the pipeline shall be blown off, and the mineral oil on the valve shall be washed off, and the air source shall be purified. During assembly, the surface of the sliding part shall be coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil. Ensure that the valve stem and diaphragm are concentric, so as to avoid jamming of the valve stem and affecting the working performance during operation.
