Detailed explanation of solenoid valve

"On" and "position" are important concepts of the pneumatic reversing solenoid valve. Different "on" and "position" constitute different types of pneumatic reversing solenoid valves. Generally speaking, the "two position valve" and "three position valve" refer to that the valve core of the reversing valve has two or three different working positions. The so-called "two way valve", "three-way valve" and "four-way valve" refer to the valve body of the change-over valve with two, three and four interfaces which are not connected with different oil pipes or gas pipes in the system. The different oil / gas circuits can only be channeled through the switch of valve port when the valve core is displaced
The "several" in front of the valve can be said to be several positions if you want to see that the valve has several working states. If there is a pneumatic component symbol, it is better to understand that there are several or several squares (arrows or t-lines) representing the valve body in the drawing. The "several links" behind represent that there are several points on one of the squares (points intersecting the arrow line and T-line), which is the several passes.
The meaning of graphic symbols is generally as follows:
(1) The working position of the valve is indicated by box, and several boxes indicate several "positions";
(2) The arrow in the box indicates that the oil circuit is in the on state, but the direction of the arrow does not necessarily indicate the actual direction of the liquid flow;
(3) The symbol "┻┻┻┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳┳;
(4) There are several interfaces connected outside the box, which means several "pass";
(5) Generally, the inlet / air inlet connected with the supply circuit or gas of the valve and the system is represented by the letter P; The return / return port connected by the valve and the system return circuit / gas circuit is expressed by T (sometimes o); The oil / gas port connected by the valve and the actuator is represented by a, B, etc. Sometimes, 1 is used to represent the leakage port on the graphic symbol;
(6) The reversing valve has two or more working positions, one of which is the normal position, that is, the position where the valve core is not under the control force. The middle position in the graphic symbol is the normal position of the three position valve. The two position valve with spring reset takes the path state in the box close to the spring as its normal position. When drawing system diagram, oil / gas circuit shall be connected to normal position of change-over valve.
