1) Directly movable water valve:

Basic principle: When the power is turned on, the magnetic field force of the magnet coil lifts the shut-off part from the valve block, and the gate valve opens; when the power is turned off, the magnetic field force subsides, and the torsion spring presses the shut-off part on the valve block, and the gate valve closes .


Features: When the vacuum pump, negative pressure, and zero pressure are in normal operation, the pipe diameter generally does not exceed 25mm.


2) Directly movable water valve layer by layer:

Basic principle: It is a basic principle combining direct actuation and leading type. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, after plugging in, the magnetic field force will immediately turn off the leading small valve and the distribution valve. Turn on. When the operating pressure difference between the import and export trade is achieved, after plugging in, the magnetic field force cartridge type small valve will increase the working pressure in the lower cavity of the main valve and decrease the working pressure in the thoracic and abdominal cavity, and then use the pressure difference to pull the distribution valve upwards. ; When the power is turned off, the pilot valve uses elastic force or material pressure to promote the shut-off part and moves downward to make the valve body shut off.


Features: It can also work at zero pressure difference or vacuum pump. High pressure, but the output power is relatively large, and a certain level of installation is required.


3) Leading water valve:

Basic principle: When the power is turned on, the magnetic field force opens the main hole, the pressure in the upper chamber decreases rapidly, and a high pressure difference occurs around the shut-off part. The working pressure of the liquid promotes the shut-off part to move up, and the gate valve opens; When the power is turned off, the force of the torsion spring closes the main hole. The working pressure of the channel produces a lower pressure difference around the closing valve part according to the rapid chamber of the side buried hole. The working pressure of the liquid promotes the closing part to move down Turn off the gate valve.


Features: The liquid working pressure category has a high limit, and it can be installed at will (need to be customized), but the liquid pressure difference standard must be considered.


2.
