Difference between single electric control and double electric control solenoid valve
Mar 17, 2020
1. 2-position 3-way only single power control
a. For air source, there are only fo and FC states without FL state, which are used for single acting (spring return) cylinder
b. For the power supply, it is also on or off when the power is off, without hovering (FL)
2. 2-position 5-way has single and double electric control for double acting cylinder.
A. single electric control
(a) For the gas source, FL is the time when the gas source is lost. There is no FC or fo.
(b) For power supply, there are FC and fo when power is off
B. dual electronic control
(a) For the gas source, FL is the time when the gas source is lost. There is no FC or fo
(b) For power supply, it is FL when power supply is lost, without FC and fo
3. Three position five connection must be double electric control, and the solenoid valve has three positions
(a) For the gas source, FL is the time when the gas source is lost. There is no FC or fo
(b) For the power supply, when the power supply is lost, it is the middle position. The left point is left and the right point is right
1、 When the power is cut off and maintained, only double electric control can be used. The reasons are as follows:
(1) The solenoid valve with single electric control and single electric control is equipped with spring. When the power is lost, the spring will make the solenoid valve core return to the original state. If there is air source, it will be strong. If there is strong force, it will make the cylinder stay at a certain position.
(2) With 2 / 5 way, double electric control, when both sides are powered off, the valve core is set at the last position and will not move any more.
