Double coil solenoid valve

After the single coil is energized, the mechanical part of the valve core moves. After the power is lost, the mechanical force returns to the original position. The double coil is a mechanical part that operates after the coil 1 is energized, and its position does not change after power loss. The coil 2 is energized, and the mechanical part is changed from the position of 1 to the position of 2 and is maintained after power failure.

Detailed introduction

This is generally: "three-position four-way valve" or "three-position two-way valve". Three positions, in simple terms, have three gears 1/0/2. When the coil 1 is energized, the valve core hits 1 and when the coil 1 loses power, the valve core returns to 0. When the coil 2 is energized, the valve core hits the lane 2, and when the coil 2 is de-energized, the valve core returns to 0.

Features

hanlka technology, pulse control, high efficiency and energy saving, flexible opening and closing

Upper open, lower close, self-locking retention, multiple structures, long life

Application range

Aerospace, military industry, nuclear industry, shipbuilding industry, petrochemical, power, energy, urban heating, gas supply and other intelligent automatic control systems.

working principle

It adopts self-locking and self-holding, and adopts dual coil control. The upper coil is used to open and the side coil is used to close. Only a pulse signal of the corresponding coil is needed. Instantaneous power can ensure the required working state and low energy consumption. Sufficient flow and long service life.
