Installation Precautions

  • When the air source processor is installed, the filters, filter pressure reducing valves and oil mist must be installed vertically, the water cup should be downward, the pressure regulating knob of the pressure reducing valve should be downward, and the direction of gas flow must be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the shell.

  • When installing, please consider certain installation and maintenance space (e.g. the installation height of the filter is based on the ability to unload the water cup). The air source processor should not be installed in a strong vibration environment to maintain the accuracy of the pressure gauge and the strength of the connecting parts.

  • Avoid installing in direct sunlight

Cautions in Use

  • The filter should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the pressure drop of the system will increase after passing through the filter. The filter element and cup should be cleaned with household neutral detergent, then rinsed with clean water.

  • Please choose a reasonable filter size and drainage mode according to the operating environment and air pressure system requirements.

  • Water cup and oil cup are made of polycarbonate. Chemical reactions with carbon tetrachloride, acids, bases, aniline, kerosene and other chemicals to polycarbonate should be avoided.

  • After confirming that the filter and filter pressure reducing valve cup or cup cover are in place correctly, the pressure can be opened, and the cup and its cover should not be rotated under pressure.

  • The pressure regulating knob is pulled out and adjusted to the use pressure when the filter pressure reducing valve (W type) and the pressure reducing valve (R type) are used. After adjustment, the pressure regulating knob is pushed in (stop spinning). Pressure gauges are selected according to the usage, and square pressure gauges and one-way valve plate assemblies can be exchanged.

  • Oil mist can be refueled without stopping gas. Please keep the oil quantity in the oil cup within the upper and lower limits. L3000 and L4000 unscrew the filling plug and refuel from the filling plug orifice. L1000 and L2000 revolve the exhaust plug, remove the residual gas, unload the cup and refuel directly from the cup mouth; then screw the oil cup into the valve body, and tighten the exhaust plug. (ISO VG32 or equivalent lubricant is used for oil mist)

  • To adjust the droplet flow rate of the oil mist device, the drop flow rate of the oil mist adjusting part is increased counterclockwise by using a zigzag adjusting tooling, and the drop flow rate of the oil mist adjusting part is reduced clockwise, so that the force during the adjustment process can not be excessive.

  • Residual pressure discharge: After discharging the pressure in the cup (F.W. drain cock, L1000, 2000 series exhaust plug, L3000, 4000 series exhaust plug), make sure that the pressure is completely eliminated.

  • Seal rings in gas source processors have a service life of 3-5 years. Please replace them when they expire.
