The figure below shows the fast return circuit. The relief valves 2 and 5 are installed behind the quick exhaust valves 3 and 4. When the cylinder is vented through the exhaust valve, the relief valve becomes the back pressure valve. In this way, the exhaust chamber of the cylinder has a certain back pressure, and the movement stability is increased.
