Finger cylinder and its classification

I. parallel type

The fingers of the parallel gripper are operated by two pistons. Each piston is connected to the pneumatic finger by a roller and a double crank, forming a special driving device. In this way, the pneumatic fingers always move axially to the middle, and each finger cannot be moved separately. If the fingers move in the opposite direction, the previously pressed piston is in the exhaust state and the other is in the compression state.

The parallel claw is driven by a piston, the axis drives the crank, and there is a corresponding crank groove in two parts of each claw. In order to reduce friction resistance, the claw plate and the valve body are connected to the ball slide structure.

II. Swing type (Y type)

The ring groove is installed on the swing clamping jaw of the piston rod, because the finger trunnion and the ring groove, at the same time, the finger can move, it is the automatic middle, and ensures that the timing is constant.

III. rotary type

The function of the rotating claw is to work according to the meshing principle of the rack. The piston is held in place by a shaft that moves up and down. There are three ring grooves at the end of the shaft, which are engaged with two driving wheels. Therefore, the pneumatic finger can move automatically at the same time, and the principle of gear and rack ensures that the grip force is always constant.

IV. three point type

There is a ring groove on the piston of the three-point retainer, and each crank is connected with a pneumatic finger. The movement of the piston can drive the three crank movements of the horse, so that the three fingers are controlled to open and close at the same time.
