Magnetic cylinder without piston rod is to install a group of strong magnetic rings on the piston, which are generally rare earth magnetic materials. The magnetic wire acts with another set of magnetic rings through the thin-walled cylinder (stainless steel or aluminum alloy non-magnetic material, etc.), because the polarity of the two sets of magnetic rings is opposite, it has a strong suction.

When the piston is pushed by air pressure in the cylinder, the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder is driven to move together under the action of magnetic force. Therefore, the thrust force of the motorcycle cylinder piston is compatible with the suction force of the magnetic ring. In order to increase the suction, the supporting point can be increased. When the cylinder diameter is more than 25 mm, the large stroke can only be less than 2 m. The cylinder has the advantages of light weight, small volume and no external leakage, so it is suitable for the occasions without leakage; The maintenance is convenient.

But it can only be used for small cylinder diameter (6 ~ 40mm). It can be used to open and close doors (such as car doors and CNC machine doors), coordinate movement and positioning of manipulators, feeding device of modular machine tools, parts conveying of centerless grinder, automatic line conveying of materials, cutting cloth and paper, etc
