YMF electromagnetic pulse valve, also known as diaphragm valve, is the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning injection system of the pulse bag filter. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller, it injects dust into the filter bag row by row (chamber) to keep the resistance of the filter within the set range, so as to ensure the treatment capacity and dust collection efficiency of the filter

Working pressure: 0.4 ~ 0.7, ambient temperature: - 10 ~ 55 (℃), medium: clean air, diaphragm life: more than 1 million times of injection.

Take the commonly used ymf-50 as an example

Connecting thread: ZG1 ", length: 110mm, width: 85mm, height: 125mm, weight: 0.75kg, input end of electromagnetic pulse valve (in) is connected with metal pipe of air receiver, output end is connected with spray pipe of dust box, and connecting thread is sealed with Teflon raw material belt

The main purpose of the dust collector is to separate the particles and fine dust in the industrial waste gas, turn waste into treasure and recycle. The produced dust collector has excellent quality, complete specifications, and all indicators meet or exceed the national standards. The main products are: pulse bag dust collector, electrostatic precipitator, cyclone dust collector, wet dust collector, single machine dust collector, framework, bag, electromagnetic pulse valve, Controller and other accessories.

Our products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, casting, chemical industry, tobacco, asphalt, cement, machinery, grain, machining, boiler and other industries, and realize the one-stop service of design manufacturing installation debugging technical training

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers. When the clean compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the rear chamber makes the diaphragm close to the outlet of the valve, and the solenoid valve is in the closed state. The pulse controller outputs a signal to move the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, open the vent hole of the rear chamber, and quickly lose the pressure of the rear chamber, so that the diaphragm moves backward, Compressed air is injected through the outlet of the valve, the solenoid valve is in the open state, the injection starts, the output signal of the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the solenoid valve resets, the vent hole of the rear air chamber closes, the pressure of the rear air chamber rises to make the diaphragm close to the outlet of the valve, the solenoid valve is in the closed state, the injection stops, and the length of the injection time and the amount of gas are controlled by the controller.
