High temperature resistance of pneumatic triplet

Pneumatic triplet is composed of air filter, pressure reducing valve, oil mist device and pressure gauge. The filter is mainly responsible for filtering impurities in compressed air, pressure reducing valve is mainly responsible for controlling system pressure, oil mist device is responsible for oil lubrication of rear end components, and pressure gauge is mainly used to measure and indicate the pressure in pressure products.

With the development of the pneumatic industry, the products can be oil-free lubrication, so now the use frequency of the triplex oil mist device is getting lower and lower. Now some equipment is equipped with the oil mist device mainly for the purpose that the machine will not be prepared for lubrication when it is replaced after its grease consumption.

Composition of pneumatic triplet:

1. The air filter filters out the water, oil and dust impurities from the compressed air and plays the role of air purification.

2. Adjust the pressure drop of the compressed gas to stabilize the working pressure.

3. The oil mist eliminator uses the flowing compressed air to extract and mix the lubricating oil in the oil mist cup, spray it into mist like gas and send it into the pneumatic pipeline system to lubricate the pneumatic components, so as to make the sliding components of the pneumatic components smooth and durable.

4. Pressure gauge: it is used to measure and indicate the pressure in the pressure product

Simply summarized as: air filter + pressure reducing valve + oil mist device + pressure gauge

The main function of the pneumatic triplet is to separate the water and solid particles in the compressed air to achieve the purification function, and then adjust the compressed air sent from the air compressor or the gas station to the pressure required by the equipment; finally, add the atomized lubricating oil into the clean instrument air, so that the equipment which is not convenient for adding lubricating oil can play a lubricating effect and extend the service life of the equipment.
