How to choose a pneumatic actuator?

Actuators are divided into electric and pneumatic. Taking pneumatics as an example, pneumatics are divided into single acting (spring reset) and double acting. The screw is driven by compressed air to drive the valve stem to rotate. According to the following three points, the choice of pneumatic actuators will be more secure and faster.

1. Select the actuator according to the size of the gas source (instrument gas);

2. The torque required to turn the valve is too small to rotate, and the valve life is not long. In general, it is okay to leave a margin of 30 inches for torque;

3, the installation platform generally has a standard, as long as the valve finds the correct standard will not go wrong.
