How to Install Rodless Cylinder Correctly?

Because the rodless cylinder extends out, the space occupied by the rodless cylinder in motion is half less than that of the standard cylinder. It plays an important role in the current automatic production line, modular handling and processing pipeline. When the rodless cylinder is not installed correctly, it will also cause the cylinder to work inconveniently.
I. Installation Form of Cylinder
According to the installation form of cylinder, it can be divided into detachable and fixed cylinders. According to the installation form of cylinder, it can be divided into four types: fixed type, swing type, embedded type and rotary cylinder.
II. Selection of rodless cylinder according to installation mode and use purpose
(1) Use purpose of rodless cylinder
When choosing cushion rodless cylinder, light cylinder should be chosen, narrow installation space and short travel should be required, thin cylinder can be selected, and rodless cylinder with guide rod can be selected with transverse load.
(2) Selection of rodless cylinder according to installation mode
The location and purpose of the installation are determined by the factors such as the credentials. Under the same normal conditions, the solid type rodless cylinder is accepted. Rotary rodless cylinder should be selected when continuous rotation with accident mechanism is required. When the piston rod is required to swing in arc besides linear motion, the pin-type rodless cylinder is selected. When there are special requirements, special rodless cylinders should be selected accordingly.
III. Five installation processes of rodless cylinders:
(1). Before the cylinder is installed, it should be tested under no-load and 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. It can be used only after normal operation and no leakage.
(2). Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the viscera of the pipeline must be removed to prevent the debris from entering the cylinder.
(3). When the load changes during the journey, the cylinder with abundant output force should be used, and a buffer device should be added.
(4). Before starting the operation of the cushion cylinder, the cushion throttle valve should be screwed in the position of smaller throttle flow, and then gradually opened until the satisfactory cushioning effect is reached.
(5). Do not use satisfactory stroke, especially when the piston rod is extended, do not make the piston rod collide with the cylinder head. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the load concentration at the piston rod and the external connection.
