How to install solenoid valve for solar water heater

(1) Flush the pipeline before installation to flush out impurities.

(2) If it is water supply from a water tower, please select a solenoid valve that matches the water pressure. The negative solenoid valve cannot be filled with water or the flow is too small.

(3) Check whether the identification voltage of the solenoid valve is consistent with the output voltage of the control power supply, check whether the filter is intact and whether all parts of the valve body are not damaged.

(4) Install the solenoid valve matched with the measuring and control instrument on the pipeline connecting the cold and hot water pipes. The solenoid valve has a water inlet at the filter end, and the arrow on the valve body is in the same direction as the water flow. It cannot be reversed. The solenoid valve body faces upward and is installed in a horizontal position.

(5) After installation, power on and test.
