Installation and Use of Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve

I. Installation Notes

1. Check the type of pneumatic valve, whether the parameters meet the site installation requirements and technical requirements.

2. Check the cylinder and position indicator of pneumatic valve to ensure no damage.

3. The pipeline of pneumatic valve must be cleaned and purged. If there are impurities in the medium, filter valve should be installed on the pipeline in front of the valve.

4. Install the pneumatic valve in the direction indicated by the arrow on the pneumatic valve body (downstream installation) to connect the interface of the pneumatic valve to the pipeline and ensure good sealing at the connection.

5. If installing solenoid valves, pay attention to the connection to ensure good sealing.

6. When welding connection is needed, avoid high temperature to the filler of pneumatic valve, etc.

II. Cautions in the Use of Pneumatic Valves

1. Clean fluid and air sources must be ensured to prevent blockage of solenoid valves or cylinder pistons.

2. The coil of solenoid valve has a high fever when it is charged. Do not touch it

3. When the coil of solenoid valve is charged, it is forbidden to take it down to prevent electric shock.

4. The coils, sockets, solenoids and connection parts of solenoid valves are strictly prohibited from hitting and colliding in order to avoid damage.

5. When the coil of solenoid valve is charged, it is strictly forbidden to cover it in order to prevent overheating and burning.

6. The actual power supply voltage of solenoid valve can not exceed the tolerance range.

7. Medium working pressure, working temperature and viscosity shall not exceed the prescribed range.
