Matters needing attention when selecting solenoid valve model

The solenoid valve is controlled by the utility of electromagnetic induction, and the key control method is controlled by the automobile relay. In that way, the solenoid valve can cooperate with different power circuits to complete the estimated control, and the control precision and coordination ability can be ensured.


1: scope of application

The liquid in the pipeline must be consistent with the calibrated substance in the selected solenoid valve series product model specification.

The temperature of the liquid must be lower than the calibration temperature of the selected solenoid valve.

The allowable liquid viscosity of the solenoid valve is generally below 20CST, and more than 20CST should be marked.

Working pressure difference, when the pipeline high pressure difference is less than 0.04MPa, direct-acting type and layer-by-layer direct-acting type such as ZS, 2W, ZQDF, ZCM series products should be selected; when the pressure difference in low working pressure exceeds 0.04MPa, the leading type can be used. Type (differential pressure) solenoid valve; high working pressure difference should be lower than the maximum calibrated working pressure of the solenoid valve; general solenoid valves are all working unilaterally, so pay attention to whether there is a back pressure difference, if there is a back pressure valve.

When the liquid cleanliness is not high, a filter device should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. Generally, the solenoid valve has a better cleanliness for the substance.

Pay attention to the total flow diameter and docking specifications; solenoid valves generally only have two-position control of the power switch; the standard allows to install a bypass pipe, which is conducive to maintenance; when there is water hammer, the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve should be adjusted.

Pay attention to the hazards of natural environmental temperature to solenoid valves

Switching power supply current and consumption output power should be selected based on the output volume. The power supply voltage of the liquefied gas solenoid valve is generally allowed to be up to ±10%. Be sure to pay attention to the high VA value when the communication is started.


2. Stability

Solenoid valves are divided into two types: normally closed and open and closed; normally the normally closed type is used, plugged in to open, and the power is turned off; but when the open time is long, the open and close type should be selected for a short time.
