2. When the input of the positive pulse signal stops, the moving core will be released and return to the initial state under the action of the spring.

3. Close the self-retaining valve, even if the input positive pulse or power is off, can continue to maintain, and then need to input a negative pulse signal to reset.

4. The working principle of the pulse solenoid valve is to convert the pulse of the electric appliance into mechanical pulsation, so that the energy of the pulsating gas is converted into momentum, and a large amount of punching is released in a short time, and the pulse time can be controlled by plc. The interval is determined by the specific air pressure recovery time.

The operation of the pulse solenoid valve requires certain environmental conditions, which is of great significance to whether the pulse solenoid valve can function smoothly. When the pulse solenoid valve is working, it is best to keep the following working conditions:

1. According to the type of power supply, it can be divided into AC solenoid valve and DC solenoid valve. When using a pulse solenoid valve, consider the environment in which the solenoid valve is used. In general, AC power is easy to access.

2. Pulse solenoid valves to be used in corrosive or explosive environments should be preferred for corrosion resistance in accordance with environmental safety requirements.

3. The multi-function solenoid valve can eliminate the bypass and three manual valves. Under the condition that the environmental conditions are limited, the multi-function solenoid valve is also convenient for maintenance.

4. The power supply voltage fluctuation has a certain range. Generally, the AC power is +%10%.-15%, and the DC power can be ±%10. If the voltage is out of tolerance, stable measures are needed to avoid accidents.

5. There are certain requirements for temperature, generally there are the highest temperature and the lowest temperature interval, if it needs to be adjusted in time.

6. Purchase pulse solenoid valves according to environmental conditions. For example, marine solenoid valves are suitable for use in vibration and shock environments, and waterproof solenoid valves may be more suitable for high ambient humidity conditions.

7. The specifications of the pulse solenoid valve should be AC220V.DC24V as much as possible.

8. When selecting a solenoid valve, the rated current and the power consumed should be selected according to the capacity of the power supply.
