Process design of check valve


(1) Quality control of the main body blank all parts of the valve are forgings. The forging process shall be carried out in strict accordance with the forging process specification and process card. The initial forging temperature, final forging temperature, deformation degree and deformation speed shall be strictly controlled, and the cooling method specified in the process specification shall be adopted. Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, intergranular corrosion test and metallographic structure analysis were carried out on the forging products. The results of analysis, test and determination all meet the corresponding standards.


The quality of forgings is ensured by ultrasonic inspection and liquid penetrant inspection. According to RCC-M requirements, 100% ultrasonic flaw detection and evaluation are carried out on forgings, and liquid penetrant inspection and evaluation are carried out on all surfaces of forgings.


(2) In order to improve the surfacing quality, the plasma argon arc welding process is used for the surfacing of the sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat. At the same time, in order to ensure the welding quality, the welding process used in the production was re evaluated.


(3) Assembly test high-quality products not only need high-precision parts, but also how to assemble these high-precision parts into high-performance products. CNNC SUV has organized an experienced and highly skilled assembly and commissioning team composed of a number of technicians and senior technicians to be responsible for the assembly, commissioning and test of the valve, formulate the cleaning process and assembly process of the parts, strictly check and refine during the assembly and commissioning, ensure the successful assembly and commissioning of the valve, and carry out various performance tests, All indexes meet the requirements of the design specification.


(4) During the process inspection, a quality plan has been prepared for the valve to ensure the quality control of the valve from raw materials, blank input, machining, welding, heat treatment, nondestructive testing, cleaning, assembly, delivery test and various type tests, and has been recognized and witnessed by the second research and Design Institute of nuclear industry.
