Small and medium-sized cooling equipment generally use immediate solenoid valves, and the following common faults often occur.


    (1) The electromagnetic coil is burned out


    The main performance is that the valve core is not in a posture when plugged in, the magnet coil casing has no wind sense, and it is short-circuited with a meter. The burned part can be welded by electric welding. If the ablation is serious, the electromagnetic coil of the same type should be replaced.


    (2) The spool is stuck


    At this time, the solenoid valve has no opening and closing positions. If the gas solenoid valve is stuck in the off position, the low voltage is negative and there is no refrigeration cycle; if it is stuck in the open position, the high pressure and low pressure will quickly equalize after shutting down, and when the gas solenoid valve is activated Easy to cause liquid shock. It can be cleaned up, and the jams can be eliminated neatly.


    (3) Turning off is not tight


    After the three-way solenoid valve refrigeration compressor is turned off, touch the solenoid valve with your hand. If the valve body is cold and you can hear the cyclone inside the valve, it means that the solenoid valve is not closed tightly and the refrigerant is still flowing. It is possible that there is dirt in the valve, high-pressure gate valve or valve needle is damaged and calendered, the force of the torsion spring is too small, etc. The corresponding actual operation is to eliminate the internal organs of the valve, grind the high-pressure gate valve and valve needle, adjust or replace the torsion reed.


    (4) Oil blockage and dirty blockage During the operation of the freezer, if there is wind chill or frost on the outer surface of the solenoid valve, it indicates that the solenoid valve is blocked. The detachable valve body can clean the foreign objects or oil stains neatly.


    (5) "Click" trembling sound occurs when plugged in. When the solenoid valve is plugged in, the "click" trembling sound occurs. The reasons are: the power supply voltage is too low, the power supply voltage should be adjusted to restore it; the solenoid valve import and export trade pressure If the difference is too high, the flow coil cannot be absorbed. Check whether the heat rejection of the cooler is good, whether there is gas in the system software, and clear it in various ways; the installation angle of the solenoid valve and the general direction of the refrigerant flow are reversed, and it should be reinstalled ; If the flow coil is stuck or destroyed, the valve body can be opened to clean up or the valve core can be removed; if the short-circuit faulty magnetic core ruptures and lead the circuit, the short-circuit faulty magnetic core parts should be removed and replaced.
