Obviously, too fast pressure relief and overpressure violate the requirements for the use of pressure gauges.
As for the material of the pressure gauge pointer is too thin and soft, although the pressure gauge manufacturer has a certain responsibility, the bending of the pressure gauge pointer occurs under the premise that the pressure gauge user violates the use requirements of the pressure gauge.
Improved measures of pressure gauge pointer being bent:
1. The pressure gauge factory shall attach an instruction manual to each pressure gauge, and clarify the precautions for the use of the pressure gauge;
2. The user of the pressure gauge should read the instruction manual of the pressure gauge before installing and using the pressure gauge and operate according to its requirements;
3. Some pressure gauges can't be slowly pressurized or depressurized when in use (if any pressure gauge is installed on the punching machine, pressurization and pressure relief are completed in an instant when the machine is working), this situation, It is recommended to install a pressure gauge damper at the lower end of the pressure gauge to reduce the impact of pulsating pressure on the pressure gauge.
4. During the test run of the project, due to various factors, it is likely that the instantaneous pressure will greatly exceed the limit of the pressure gauge, and bending the pointer of the pressure gauge will damage the spring pipe of the pressure gauge in severe cases. In this case, it is recommended to install a pressure gauge over-pressure protector at the lower end of the pressure gauge. In this case, when the instantaneous pressure exceeds the limit of 105% -120%, the pressure source will be automatically cut off to protect the pressure gauge from being damaged. Break. Because the pressure gauge overpressure protector is more expensive, only the expensive pressure gauge or important measurement points are suitable for use.
