Selection steps of electromagnetic directional valve

Step 1: select the structure according to the purpose and condition.
The structure of valve core: seat valve type; slide injection type; sliding plate type; action mode
Direct acting type: small diameter, high commutation frequency.
Pilot type: large diameter, low commutation frequency. There are two kinds of internal (service pressure above 0.1MPa) and external pilot (can be used for vacuum).
Sealing form
Elastic seal: large reversing force, good sealing performance, lower air quality than gap sealing.
Clearance seal: small commutation force, slight leakage, high requirement for air quality.
Step 2: select the control mode.
Electromagnetic control: suitable for electric and pneumatic joint control, remote control and complex system control.
It is also suitable for high pressure, high pressure and high pressure.
Mechanical control: mainly used as travel signal valve, can choose different operating mechanism.
Human control: the state of the controlled object can be changed according to people's will.
Step 3: select the function of the valve.

Normally open type: when there is no control signal, there is no output at the outlet.
Normal mode: when there is no control signal, the outlet has output.
On off type: unlimited flow direction.
Step 4: select the effective cross-sectional area of the valve.
Select the flow rate of the corresponding valve according to the cylinder.
Step 5: valve connection mode selection.
Tube type; layout type; container type
Step 6: selection of electrical specifications.
Power supply type:
AC: when the stroke is large, the suction force is large, when the moving iron core can not be closed, the coil is easy to burn and the buzzer is easy to occur;
DC DC: when the stroke is large, the suction is small, the stroke is small, and the suction is large. When the moving iron core cannot be closed, the coil will not be burned and there will be no buzzer;
Voltage size:
AC: 220, 110, 240, 200, 100, 48, 24, 12 (V)
DC: 110, 100, 48, 12, 6, 5, 3 (V)
