Shock Absorber installation considerations

Sep 06, 2019

1. Place the collision object at the center of the shaft so that the direction of motion of the object is consistent with the direction of the axis.

2. Fix the buffer to prevent the buffer from loosening and causing side pressure leakage and damage to the thread.

3. Buffer with buffer head Do not remove the buffer head. Removing the buffer head is equivalent to lengthening the piston rod, which will cause the piston rod to hit the bottom, thereby destroying the bottom of the buffer and affecting the service life of the buffer.

4. Use a capless bumper to ensure that the cushioned surface has sufficient hardness to withstand the pressure.

5. Check for any foreign matter on the piston rod.

6. Do not spray paint on the outer pipe thread or damage the thread, which will affect the heat dissipation and installation of the buffer.

7. When installing two or more buffers on the side, check the synchronous operation.
