Sliding column reversing valve

The sliding column directional valve of Wuxi Huatong pneumatic manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a valve which uses a cylinder with shoulder and moves along its axial direction in the valve body hole (or tubular valve sleeve) to open and close the air path.

The slide column reversing valve (commonly referred to as "slide valve") has the following characteristics:

1) Because the valve core structure is symmetrical, it is easy to have memory function. That is to say, if the control model disappears, the original position of the valve core can still be maintained.

2) When switching, it is not subject to the back pressure resistance on the cut-off valve core, so the reversing force is small and the action is sensitive.

3) It has strong universality. The same basic model can be changed into different control modes as long as a few parts are replaced.

4) The reversing stroke of the valve element is longer than that of the stop valve, so it is not suitable to use the sliding column structure for the valve with large diameter.

5) The sliding part needs to be closely processed, which requires high gas source treatment.
