Solutions for water solenoid valves that cannot be closed

When the water solenoid valve is working, sometimes it cannot be closed. If you encounter a situation that cannot be closed, please refer to the following possible causes and solutions:
1. If impurities enter the spool produced by the solenoid valve, cleaning is recommended in this case.
2. The spring is deformed. It is recommended to replace the spring.
3. The operating frequency is too high and the service life has been reached. It is recommended to change the product or update the product.
4. The seal of the main spool is damaged. It is recommended to replace the seal.
5. The orifice balance hole is blocked → clean in time.
6. The viscosity or fluid temperature is too high. It is recommended to replace the solenoid valve of the corresponding port.
