Specific manifestations of electromagnetic coil damage

1. Listen to the performance of the sound
(1). Under normal circumstances, the solenoid valve moves faster. You can hear a "boom" at the moment of energization, and the sound is crisp and clear. If the coil is burned out, there will be no sound.
(2) If you can hear continuous "boom" and "boom" sounds after power-on, this may be due to insufficient suction and insufficient voltage to cause the spool to jam, and it needs to be checked.
2. Look at the external performance
(1), check whether the coil is packaged, cracked, etc.
(2), a good solenoid valve, its wiring will not be damaged.
(3), check whether the valve body is cracked, especially the valve body of some special materials, which is prone to aging in high temperature and low temperature environment.
3. Test the inner performance
(1) If the solenoid valve coil is good, there is a magnetic field outside the coil. You can use iron to check whether it is magnetic.
(2) Touch the temperature of the coil. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the coil surface is warm 30 minutes after the coil is energized. If the temperature is hot or cold to the touch, it means that the circuit is not energized and it can be determined that it is a short circuit. NS.
