For buffer cylinder, what are the main points of installing external buffer?

1. The adjustment scale of the adjustable buffer is 0 ~ 9 (8), which is set at 6 (4) position in the factory. 0 corresponds to soft and 9 to hard;

(1) The adjustable buffer needs to be adjusted to be soft, that is, the scale value is close to 0;

(2) The adjustable buffer needs to be adjusted to be harder, that is, the scale value is close to 9;

2. Correct selection of buffer can realize smooth deceleration and good shock absorption performance;

3. If rebound occurs at the beginning of the buffer stroke, the effective weight of the buffer is too high, and the standard buffer needs to be replaced by the high-speed one.

4. If rebound occurs at the end of the buffer stroke, the effective weight value of the buffer is too low, and the standard buffer needs to be replaced by the low speed type.

5. The lateral load of the buffer should be avoided as far as possible, and the eccentric angle should be within 3 ° And firmly lock the buffer;

6. Buffer suitable for working temperature range: 10 ~ 80 ℃;

7. In order to extend the service life of the product, the piston rod stroke must be stopped 1 mm before it touches the bottom. It can be installed with the positioning stop nut to accurately adjust the stroke and positioning;

8. When more than two buffers are installed on the same side, please confirm the synchronous action;

9. It is strictly forbidden to paint, weld or clean the body and piston rod with corrosive substances.

10. When installing the buffer, the torque should not be too large, otherwise it will cause damage, so the torque value should not exceed the range specified in the table below.
