The difference between all stainless steel pneumatic cylinder and ordinary air cylinder

The application range of all stainless steel cylinder and ordinary cylinder is different:

All stainless steel cylinder: suitable for special environment, in high pH, strong corrosion environment.

Cast iron cylinder: the cylinder of cast iron is heavier than other cylinders in the same volume. Both large and heavy cylinders are made of cast iron, which are suitable for lifting equipment in industrial market.

The performance of all stainless steel cylinder and ordinary cylinder is different:

1. the cylinder barrel is thinner. The cylinder made of all stainless steel has thinner wall, lighter mass and more stable performance.

2. high temperature resistance, fast cooling of cylinder. In high frequency operation, it can quickly heat and ensure good performance.

3. high rust resistance and corrosion resistance. The national standard all stainless steel cylinder has more than 8% nickel content, which makes stainless steel have high corrosion resistance and high rust resistance.
