5. Add bypass flue and bypass valve. The by-pass flue ensures that the flue gas does not come into contact with the filter bag when the by-pass valve is opened. It is used to protect the cloth bag when the boiler starts and stops oil combustion and the boiler exhaust temperature is too hot. At the same time, off-line inspection of the dust collector can be realized. By PCL control, the by-pass valve is automatically opened and the flue gas inlet valve is closed. The flue gas directly enters the exhaust flue through the by-pass flue, effectively protecting the filter bag.

 

6. Add necessary ladder platform and lighting, add a 30m3 air compressor, and add compressed air storage tank, adsorption dryer and compressed air transmission pipeline.
