1. Move the vacuum solenoid valve immediately

2. Gradually move the vacuum solenoid valve


Basic principle: It is a basic principle of close combination of immediate fitness exercise and dominant type. When there is no pressure difference between the entrance and exit, plug in and the magnetic field force will immediately turn off the hydraulic control valve and the main pump. The components are mentioned above. The gate valve opens. When the inlet and outlet have operating pressure difference, the electromagnetic induction will lead the return valve after plugging in, the working pressure in the lower cavity of the main pump will increase, and the working pressure in the thoracic and abdominal cavity will decrease, and then the pressure difference will be used to push the main valve up; when the power is turned off, The hydraulic control valve uses the force of the torsion spring or the working pressure of the material to promote the closing of the component, and moves downward to close the gate valve.


Features: In the case of zero pressure difference or vacuum pump, high pressure can also work, but the output power is relatively large, so it must be installed in a level.


3. Leading vacuum solenoid valve


Basic principle: When the power is plugged in, the magnetic field force opens the guide hole, and the working pressure of the chest and abdomen is rapidly reduced, and a high pressure difference is generated around the guide hole. The liquid working pressure promotes the opening of the component to move up, and the gate valve opens. When the switching power supply is disconnected, the force of the torsion spring will open the main hole, and the working pressure of the channel will quickly close the gate valve around the inner cavity according to the buried hole to produce a low voltage and high pressure difference. The working pressure of the liquid pushes the opening member down. , Open the gate valve.


Features: Small size, low functional loss, high liquid working pressure range limit, can be installed at will (need to be customized), but must meet the liquid pressure difference standard.
