There are four installation methods of magnetic cylinder

1. Fix the outer side of cylinder barrel with steel strip (applicable to small and medium-sized cylinders without pull rod, specifications include mal, Ma, MI, MF, Pb, Mg, cdj2b, C85, cdm2b, etc.); The magnetic switch is locked on the correct position outside the cylinder barrel by the steel belt with the mounting screw.

2. Clamp on the pull rod, also known as fixed code installation (applicable to cylinder with pull rod specifications: SC, Su, SG, SGC, qgb, Qgs, QGA, etc.), fix the clamp on the correct pull rod position with stop screw, and then fix the magnetic switch on the clamp.

3. Direct installation, (insert directly into the guide rail groove; It is suitable for finger cylinder, non pull rod cylinder, ultra-thin cylinder and cylinder with guide rod. The specifications are Sai, DNC, DNG, MHz, mhy, MHC, SDA, cdq2b, ACQ, mgpm, mgpl, TCL, TCM, etc.) insert the magnetic switch into the correct position in the guide rail slot, and fix it with stop screw, or fix it with stop screw through mounting parts.

4. Fixed on the guide rail (applicable to the cylinder with mounting plane and small and medium-sized cylinders, such as magnetic coupling rodless cylinder with guide rod, mechanical rodless cylinder, specifications are: cy1s, cy1l, OSP, my1b, my1m, RMT, rmtl, etc.) the magnetic switch shell has a clip with holes, and there is a sliding mounting nut in the guide rail. Put the mounting screw through the clip hole, align and tighten the nut, Then the magnetic switch is fastened on the correct rail position.
