Type selection of anti-corrosion solenoid valve and installation indication of setting part

Jun 28, 2021

(1) Valves used on water supply pipelines are generally selected according to the following criteria:

    1. When the pipe diameter is less than 50 mm, a stop valve should be used, and when the pipe diameter exceeds 50 mm, a stop valve or butterfly valve should be used.

    2. When the total flow and pressure need to be adjusted, the regulating valve and the stop valve must be used

    3. It is stipulated that the parts with low frictional resistance of the flowing water (such as on the suction pipe of the water pump) should adopt a gate valve

    4. Stop valves and butterfly valves should be used on pipelines with double fluidity of flowing water, and stop valves should not be used.

    5. Disc valves and gate valves should be used for installation of small indoor spaces

    6. Stop valves should be used on pipelines that are often opened and closed

    7. A multi-purpose valve should be used on the outlet of the pump with large specifications

(2) Valves should be set on the following parts of the water supply pipeline:

    1. The water supply pipelines of residential quarters are introduced from the municipal engineering water supply pipelines

    2. The connection point of the outdoor water distribution pipe network in the residential quarter should be set according to the separation regulations. When the annular pipe section of the solar solenoid valve manufacturer is too long, the segment valve should be set

    3. Start from the riser pipe or household pipe connected in series on the water supply and drainage pipes of the residential area

    4. Household entrance pipes, smart water meters and various branch risers (the bottom end of the riser, the upper and lower parts of the riser of the vertical ring-shaped pipeline network)

    5. The branch pipes of the water distribution pipe network and the connecting pipes that penetrate the branched pipe network across the entire line

    6. The water supply pipes in the room start from the tap water pipes that are connected in series to residents, public toilets, etc., and the water distribution points on the water distribution riser are set when the water distribution points are 3 or more.

    7. The water outlet of the water pump, the suction pump of the self-filling water pump

    8. The inlet and outlet of the water storage tank, and the water outlet pipe

    9. Machine equipment (such as electric heaters, glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling towers, etc.) direct-acting solenoid valve manufacturers' water seepage, water supply and moisturizing pipes

    10. Equipped with tap water pipes for environmental sanitation equipment (such as large and urinals, wash basins, showers, etc.)
