  • Power output part: it is one of the main components of pneumatic tools, mainly composed of pneumatic motor and power output gear. Because of its continuous clutch, pressure or torque transformation, its components are vulnerable to damage;

  • Air inlet and exhaust part: the qigong component is obvious. The air inlet and exhaust part is the related channel of compressed air in and out, which is the energy supply system to ensure the normal movement of the motor;

  • The movement opening and stopping control part, i.e. the commonly described pneumatic switch, is easy to be damaged due to its direct contact with the operator and external objects at all times and multiple engineering plastic products;

  • Energy supply part: the compressed air is mainly formed after the air compressor compresses the air, and it is transported to the relevant gas electricity by the compressed air pipeline, and it is pulsating;

  • Air filtration and air pressure regulation: since compressed air is usually transported through seamless steel pipe, rust on the inner wall, moisture and dust in the compressed air will be formed continuously during long-term use. If such compressed air enters the pneumatic motor directly without any treatment, the service life of the motor will be greatly shortened, resulting in insufficient and unstable power output of the whole tool, which is easy to cause damage to the motor and other parts. Therefore, the compressed air filter and regulating device must be set between the compressed air delivered by the pipeline and the pneumatic tool, and the pneumatic triple unit must be set. This task was undertaken by. The pneumatic triplet is mainly composed of barometer, filter, oil mist device, pressure regulator and other parts. The filter element is built in the filter, which shall be maintained, cleaned and replaced regularly after a period of use.

  • Tool accessories: the tool accessories here refer to the tools installed on the pneumatic tool body and directly contact with the workpiece. The pneumatic triplet undertakes this task. The pneumatic triplet is mainly composed of air pressure gauge, filter, oil mist device, pressure regulator and other parts. The filter element inside the filter should be maintained, cleaned and replaced regularly after a period of use. III. operation of pneumatic tools


1. Gas supply


  • use 90Psi (6.2bar) clean and dry air supply tool. Too much air pressure will quickly reduce the life of the tool.

  • connect tools with components, conduit and hose of proper size indicated in the tool chart.

  • if an air pressure regulator is used, set the air pressure to an output pressure of 0.62mpa.

  •  connect the pneumatic tools to the air production line.

  • set the air pressure.

  • the air lubricating oil device must be set up on the air production line. If the air lubricating oil device is not qualified or not, the following daily maintenance shall be carried out for the tool:

A. after 3 to 4 hours of continuous operation, separate the tool from the air source, drip 7-8 drops of high-purity light oil (low viscosity) from the air inlet of the tool, connect the air pipe, open the air source, and blow the oil into the cylinder. It is recommended to install a small oiler at the air inlet joint for qualified users with full working strength.


B. the air compressor and oil-water separator shall be regularly drained and impurity removed for maintenance in 30-40 days to ensure that the air entering the tool is clean and dry.

IV. advantages of pneumatic tools:
