Vacuum pressure gauge
Vacuum pressure gauges are based on atmospheric pressure and are used to measure pressures below atmospheric pressure. The vacuum pressure gauge is suitable for vacuum pressure measurement of liquids and gases that have no explosion, no crystallization, no solidification, and no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys. Widely used in gas transportation, pipeline liquids and closed containers to measure the pressure of various liquids, gases, vapors and other media that are non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-crystalline, non-condensable, such as various industrial self-control environments, involving petroleum Pipelines, water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production control, aerospace, military, petrochemical, oil wells, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipeline air supply, vacuum equipment and many other industries.
Working principle
The working principle of a vacuum pressure sensor is that the pressure of the medium directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to generate a micro-displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium, changing the resistance of the sensor, and detecting this change with electronic circuits, and converting Output a standard signal corresponding to this pressure.
2.The main characteristics of vacuum pressure gauge are as follows:
(1) Stable performance, high measurement accuracy, and fast response speed.
(2) It is an absolute vacuum gauge, which can be used as a standard vacuum at a precision of 0.5 or above.
(3) The total pressure is measured, including the pressure of gas and steam.
(4) The measurement result has nothing to do with the type, composition and properties of the gas.
(5) In the process of m measurement, the suction and degassing of the vacuum gauge itself is very small, and it will not affect the measured atmosphere.
(6) There are no high-temperature parts inside the vacuum gauge, which will not decompose the oil vapor.
(7) If it is made of corrosion-resistant materials, it can measure the pressure of corrosive gas.
(8) The structure is firm and easy to seal and install.
(9) The operation is simple and does not require adjustment, but it requires periodic calibration.
3. Matters needing attention
Vacuum pressure gauge is a commonly used measuring instrument and has certain applications in many fields. There are many issues that users need to pay attention to when using vacuum pressure gauges. For example, measurement range, temperature and other issues:
1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40 ~ 70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal use temperature by 20 ℃, the additional temperature error must be included.
2, the instrument must be installed vertically, and strive to maintain the same level with the measurement point, such as excessive difference into the liquid column due to additional errors caused by the measurement of gas need not be considered. When installing, block the explosion-proof port on the back of the case to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
3. The measuring range of the meter in normal use: It should not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement under static pressure, and should not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement under fluctuations. Under the above two pressure conditions, the minimum measurement of the large pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit. When measuring vacuum, all the vacuum parts are used.
4. When using the instrument, if it encounters malfunctions of the pointer of the instrument, or the internal parts are loose, or malfunctions, it should be repaired, or contact the manufacturer for repair.
5. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
