What are the operating methods of explosion-proof solenoid valves?

Mar 31, 2022

Explosion-proof solenoid valve is a common solenoid valve product. It is divided into two basic principles: straight-moving type and dominant type. It is widely used in electric power engineering, electronic devices, mechanical equipment, chemical plants and other industries. Application areas: aerospace, national defense products, China's nuclear industry, shipbuilding machinery, petrochemical industry, power engineering weapons and equipment, medical equipment, industrial furnaces, drying equipment, security equipment, stage effects, ventilation and air conditioning, cleaning machinery, electroplating process Spraying, canned measurement verification, equipment manufacturing, food industry, water purification system high pressure automatic control system.

Application key points of explosion-proof solenoid valve

1. Before installation, please refer to the instructions for use of the product to see if it meets your application requirements.

2. The pipeline should be cleaned and tidy before application. If the material is not cleaned, a filter device should be installed to avoid the residue from hindering the routine work of the gate valve.

3. The solenoid valve after being stopped for a long time should be easy to use after clearing the solidified material; when disassembling, the parts should be arranged in order and then restored to normal installation.

4. The solenoid valve is generally operated on one side and cannot be installed in reverse. The arrow on the valve is the operating position of the liquid in the pipeline, which must be consistent.

5. When the solenoid valve is working again in the frozen site, it should be heated to solve it, or set up thermal insulation measures.

6. The solenoid valve is generally installed at the level of the oil circuit board, and the solenoid coil is vertically upward. Some products can be installed at will, but it is vertical when the situation allows, so as to improve the service life.

7. After the solenoid valve coil transformer grounding wire (radio frequency connector) is connected, it should be determined whether it is firm, and the contact points of the connected electrical components should not vibrate. Loosening will cause the solenoid valve to not work. It is best to use a bypass for the solenoid valve in the production and manufacturing work, which is conducive to maintenance and does not directly affect the production and manufacturing.
